Returns

Due to the collectible nature of our products, Kawaii Crate does not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference

  • Minor differences in color, appearance, or packaging that do not affect the product's functionality

  • Minor packaging damage caused during shipping

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be offered only if:

  • You receive the wrong product

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product arrives with a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a replacement request, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the request being declined.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • Customers may be required to cooperate with our support team during the verification process.

  • Processing and shipping times for replacement items may vary.

Refunds

Kawaii Crate generally does not offer refunds for successfully delivered orders.

However, if an approved replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability or other exceptional circumstances, Kawaii Crate may issue a refund through the original payment method at its sole discretion.

Non-Eligible Claims

The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Requests submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

  • Products purchased during special promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
